The red house in Isanti County had underlying water damage that needed to be addressed before the exterior could be put back together the right way. After repairs, the home is protected again and ready for the long term.

    Yes. we installs windows in all seasons, including winter. Our crews work quickly to minimize exposure and use modern installation methods to keep you (and your home) comfortable during the process.


    We also can help identify the manufacturer of current windows and doors, review warranty terms, and determine whether coverage may still apply before recommending replacement.



  • What warranty do you provide on your work?

    I have a warranty for the craftsmanship. And Manufacturers offer warranties for the products. I help you understand and use those should something come up later down the road. Your contract will contain the full explanation of all warranties that apply. 

  • How long do windows typically last?

    Standard Lifespan: Most windows last 15–30 years, depending on materials and quality.

    Vinyl Windows: Typically last around 20–40 years with minimal maintenance.

    Wood Windows: Can last over 30 years but require regular upkeep to prevent rot or damage.

    Aluminum or Fiberglass Windows: Often last 30–40 years and are more resistant to weathering.

  • Do you offer financing?

    I do not offer financing, but have resources I can provide to you and helpyou apply for it.

  • What if I’m not ready to start yet?
